Facility & Amenities
Our indoor pool is 25 yards in length and ranges from 3 feet 6 inches in the shallow end to 9 feet 3 inches in the deep end. The pool is kept between 82-86 degrees at all times. Check out the current weekly schedules on our Pool Schedule page or stop by the Welcome Center. Lifeguards are always on duty.
Dry Sauna The sauna is dry-heated and open during pool hours.
Health & Wellness Center
Our fully equipped fitness center includes circuit training machines and free weights, stationary and recumbent bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainer ellipticals, a cardio balcony, and four multi-purpose rooms.
Indoor Running & Walking Track
Our track is always available for walking and running during operating hours. Twenty laps equal one mile. Soft sole shoes only please.
Gynmasium
Located on the main floor, our gymnasium almost always has something going on, including noon pickup basketball. Check out the current weekly schedule of activities on our Gym Schedule or stop by the Welcome Center.
Child Watch Center
Care is provided for children between the ages of 8 weeks and 5 years while parents are in the facility exercising. There is a two hour limit for children in child watch. Parents must remain in the Y at all times. Free to members.
Locker Rooms
Hairdryers, showers and private changing areas are provided. In addition to men’s and women’s locker rooms, we also have family locker rooms so a parent or guardian can assist children of the opposite gender. Members provide their own locks and towels.
Wallet Lockers
If you don't need a large locker, but just want to lock up a wallet or your car keys you can request a quarter at the front desk to use the mini lockers in the main hallway.
Lounge
Often a favorite place for our morning seniors to congregrate our lounge area offers free coffee and magazines.
Bike Rack
Looking to get in a little more exercise, then why not ride your bike to the Y. The bike rack is conveniently located outside our main entrance.
Wifi Internet Access
We provide internet access. Please check in at the courtesy counter for the wireless access key.
